Purchase returns

The online gift and souvenir shop "Grand Present" operates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine On the Protection of Consumer Rights as amended on December 15, 1993 No. 3682-XII with subsequent amendments and additions and the Rules for the sale of goods to order and behind retail or office premises ( Approved by order of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of Ukraine dated April 19, 2007 No. 103).

Based on this, you can return the product of good quality or exchange it for a similar product of the same value within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can also exchange the item for another by paying the store the difference in price.

Mandatory conditions for the return or exchange of goods without defects:

  • upon receipt, the goods were checked by you at the carrier's office or in the presence of the courier (if targeted delivery was chosen);
  • the product is new and has no traces of use;
  • full set;
  • the presentation and consumer properties are preserved, including the original packaging, seals, factory labels and stickers;
  • availability of documents confirming the purchase (copy of receipt, invoice).

Please note that goods of good quality cannot be exchanged or returned if they can be used exclusively by the buyer who purchases them: sanitary and hygiene items, polymer products in contact with food, goods in disposable packaging, etc.

How to return/exchange an item?

1. Contact the manager by phone (067) 312-52-59 , using the contact form or write an email to grandpresent@gmail.com and explain the situation.

2. If you are in Khmelnitsky , come to us at the Grand Present brand store at the address: st. Podolskaya 17/1 with goods and receipt. If you are from another city of Ukraine , send the goods and a check using a courier service convenient for you – Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Delivery, Ying-time (you pay for delivery) to the sender's address (from which you received the goods) or ask the manager where you can send a parcel.

3. Send a message to our phone or e-mail with the TTN number, the number of your bank card to which you need to return the money.

4. After receiving the parcel, we inspect the goods and make an exchange, or return the money.

Guarantee

Repair under warranty

For the entire range of products we give a guarantee – 40 days, so keep your receipt. In the event of a breakdown, we will repair / exchange for the same new product, or return the money.

How do I return an item for repair, return or exchange?

1. Call us and explain the situation.

2. If you are in Khmelnitsky , come to us at the Grand Present company store with the goods and a check. If you are from another city of Ukraine , send the goods, check and warranty card (if any) to one of the courier services – Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Delivery, Ying-time (you pay for delivery) to the sender's address (from whom you received the goods) or find out at the manager where you can send the parcel. Send to any of our number sms with TTN number.

3. We repair, exchange or refund.

The warranty is not provided in case of:

  • violation of the instructions for use and care recommendations described on the site or on the product;
  • careless handling (traces of mechanical and other damage);
  • misuse;
  • Well, and all other cases in which there is no fault of the manufacturer.

And once again, when delivering the goods by the postal service, be sure to check the integrity and absence of mechanical damage on the goods at the carrier's office. Claims that are not presented to the carrier and are not executed by the relevant act are not accepted for consideration.
